I admit I watch Laguna Beach.
Season 3 was announced, and there was a preview.
It will star the Retarded Sister of LC - who starred in season one and two.
Seriously - she looks like a retarded version of her older sister.

I totes agree with you.
I also get the feeling the sister is a loser. She has weird name like Bry-anna too. Imagine growing up in the shadow of LC's boobs? Hard stuff.
